Baby and Toddler Online Tracking System (BTOTS)

The Utah Baby Watch program, with the help of Multimedia Data Services Corp. (MDSC), has developed a state-of-the-art Early Intervention information system, called the Baby and Toddler Online Tracking System (BTOTS). BTOTS focuses on early intervention activities and events, and therefore, keeps records for child contacts, referrals, child eligibility, multi-domain assessments, Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs), service amendments, reviews, and child visits. It can help service providers be more effective by automatically notifying them of compliance issues, guiding them through standard procedures, and providing extensive reporting options. In addition, state-level BTOTS users have the ability to review recent child information, ensure compliance with federal regulations and state policy, provide decision support, and create all the required federal reports.
